Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to help build their pipeline and promote their business within specific market segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies that generate leads and demand for our client’s products and services. This role involves working closely with internal teams to create campaigns that align with business goals, enhance brand visibility, and support growth objectives.

Responsibilities of the Segment Marketing Manager:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement segment-based marketing strategies focused on lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Pipeline Generation: Develop strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy, including creating content and collaborating with internal teams to produce and distribute it on relevant platforms.
  • Event Management: Organize and support field events to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and build the pipeline.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales and Services teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives, ensuring smooth lead handoff.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across channels to maximize ROI.

Qualifications for the Segment Marketing Manager:

  • 5 – 8+ years of experience in campaign marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing and pipeline creation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
