Our client is a well-known professional services company with a large office located in the heart of Boston. They have a long tenure of consistently delivering the best in service to their clients and they are looking for an equally polished Senior Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have ample experience working in a very fast-paced, professional environment managing complex calendars and travel.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70k – $85k + Bonus

Position Overview:

The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for proactively managing 3 – 5 Directors’ complex calendars and booking travel. As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will act as an extension of your Directors, actively interfacing with external clients and internal employees. The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating detailed travel itineraries, performing research for meetings, and assisting with any ad-hoc projects as needed.

Responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • Proactively manage 3 – 5 Directors’ complex calendars, schedule domestic/international meetings, and schedule catering.
  • Plan and manage domestic/international travel.
  • Create travel itineraries, assist in meeting preparation, and draft internal communications.
  • Act as an extension of your executives and assist in the creation/management of client relationships.
  • Act with discretion when handling sensitive material.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications for the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Senior Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience managing complex calendars.
  • Experience booking and managing domestic/international travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
