Our client, a global real estate development and property management company, with award-winning development projects across the world, and over 2,000 employees. They are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support their Chicago office. Our client has an established an extensive network of offices across the world to support their global operations, and is committed to building excellence, and sustainability. They are looking to add a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$26/hr

Position Overview:

The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the Chicago office, coordinating travel, and processing travel expenses.

Responsibilities of the Senior administrative Assistant:

  • Providing clerical support to the office
  • Managing international and domestic travel for team members
  • Coordinating travel expenses and managing claims
  • Obtaining signature via DocuSign
  • Scheduling events and meetings
  • Maintaining organized filling systems and stocking office/kitchen supplies
  • Assisting with new-hire orientation in the NY office
  • Creating and preparing presentation materials as deemed appropriate (charts, tables, and graphs)
  • Managing outgoing mail
  • Ordering office supplies as necessary
  • Coordinating with building and office access for employees, visiting employees, and external visitors
  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications for the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • Must be a IL Notary Public, or become a Notary Public within 90 days
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Prof
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong organization skills and detail-orientated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
  • A minimum of 2 year working in an administrative role
  • Must be able to work full-time

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
