Our client, a highly regarded, mission-driven banking organization headquartered in Manhattan is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Up to $175,000 base salary plus bonus and excellent benefits

Position Overview:

This respected banking institution is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join the team! This Senior Analytics Engineer will help identify and align the bank’s data needs with business strategy, and provide critical data to stakeholders promptly.

Responsibilities of the Senior Analytics Engineer:

  • Collaboration with other analytics teams to add, enhance, and mature data analytics activities and technologies
  • Administration of enterprise analytics technologies including data storage, data warehousing, ETLs and secure connections
  • Maintenance of the teams technologies, system configuration, and new component selection and installation
  • Recommend new data engineering methods and technologies
  • Documentation of the data analytics technology stack and how it interacts with other bank resources
  • Train, mentor and guide consumers and producers of data within the organization on the tools and assets that support them

Qualifications for the Senior Analytics Engineer:

  • 6+ years of experience in data development and engineering
  • Experience working with internal and external customers supporting data initiatives
  • Expert ability in selecting appropriate database architecture in an enterprise environment
  • Expertise with technologies such as Snowflake, Advanced SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik sense

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or years of experience is required
