One of the world’s largest investment firms headquartered in Boston is seeking a Senior Asset Management Associate to join their team!

Position Overview:

The Senior Asset Management Associate will perform operational and strategic management of hardware and software at this globally recognized investment management firm. The Senior Asset Management Associate keeps track of hardware and software licenses to ensure that they comply with vendor contracts.

Responsibilities of the Senior Asset Management Associate:

  • Tracking company assets both hardware and software, through a Configuration Management Database
  • Confirming and verifying assets against actual inventory and perform corrections when necessary
  • Management of the Configuration Management Database
  • Management of a small team of Asset Analysts, including performance review and tracking
  • Establishing documentation and review and enhance procedure relating to hardware asset management
  • Collaborate with other teams within the org to support and engage their asset management needs

Qualifications for the Senior Asset Management Associate:

  • 5 years of experience in an IT Asset Management role
  • Experience working with a Configuration Management Database
  • Experience with an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
  • Experience with Licensing Agreements and working with vendors
  • Certification such as CHAMP, CSAM or CITAM is a big plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
