Our client, and international law firm that represents many of the world’s top financial institutions, is looking for a Senior Billing Coordinator to join their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate should have four years of experience in billing.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$65,000 – $77,000

Position Overview:

The Senior Billing Coordinator will edit, review and process proformas and invoices, while also handling eBilling submissions and rejections. The Senior Billing Coordinator will be knowledgeable of the application process and provide support and guidance to the billing team. An individual that is professional, organized, and analytical will excel in this position.

Responsibilities of the Senior Billing Coordinator:

  • Respond to all billing inquiries from the attorneys, the Finance and Client Services department
  • Audit and update instructions, templates and billing notes
  • Monitor, review, edit and process proformas and invoices

Qualifications for the Senior Billing Coordinator:

  • 4 years of experience in Law Firms
  • 4 years of experience in general accounting and billing
  • eBilling experience is highly preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting field is required
