Our client, a global apparel and fashion boutique company based in NYC is seeking a Senior CRM Analyst to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85,000 – $95,000

Position Overview:

The Senior CRM Analyst will scale descriptive marketing capabilities across channels, including building out dashboards and executing ad hoc analysis designed to increase the impact that marketing has on the business. In addition, scaling their CRM analytics program & initiatives. The Senior CRM Analyst also will analyze customer behavior to advise key business stakeholders on new opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Senior CRM Analyst:

  • Ensure high levels of quality data and tracking fidelity
  • Create dashboards to track performance across all marketing channels
  • Execute as needed ad hoc analytics
  • Lead all Product analytic efforts (i.e. mobile + desktop conversion trends)
  • Lead all CRM analytics efforts
  • Define and develop a single view of customer analysis strategy across all company’s channels
  • Create the company’s customer lifecycle by defining customer segments in all channels
  • Develop a strategic customer insight program

Qualifications for the Senior CRM Analyst:

  • Minimum of 2 years working as a Data/Customer Insights Analyst within the consumer marketing field
  • Experience with pulling data via SQL or other analytics solutions
  • Experience with creating visualizations via solutions like Tableau
  • Highly proficient in all things Excel
  • Experience with managing CRM data analysis
  • Strong with managing CRM database functions and systems
  • Analytically proficient with Google Analytics
  • Able to benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs
  • Able to build strong relationships cross-functionally as well as collaborate with outside agencies and vendors

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or technology is required
