Our client, a well-known global fashion brand is looking to hire a Senior CRM Manager to join their growing team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120,000+, based on experience

Position Overview:

The Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for CRM growth in North America with a key focus in loyalty, retention and customer journeys. This Senior CRM Manager role will work closely with the Global VP of Marketing on growth plans.

Responsibilities of the Senior CRM Manager:

  • Strategy, planning and execution of multi-channel CRM marketing initiatives and strengthening loyalty member relationships with the brand
  • Develop marketing campaigns to drive incremental sales, positive ROI and increased customer lifetime value
  • Outline the scope, size, cost, and goal of each campaign, using test groups to measure success
  • Work with a multitude of cross-functional teams including Retail Marketing, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Customer Care and Finance

Qualifications for the Senior CRM Manager:

  • Have global retail experience and be open to international travel (will go to Europe in first 30 days for training)
  • Proactive and strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Must be strong in data collection & data analysis interpretation

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
