Position Overview:

The Senior Customer Service Specialist  will work normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The Senior Customer Service Specialist position requires someone that can handle a fast paced and changing environment while wearing multiple hats as needed.

Responsibilities of the Senior Customer Service Specialist:

  • Handle multiple clients & maintain relationships
  • Manage all incoming orders for accounts and partner with logistics to fulfill
  • Coordinate A to Z order fulfillment process
  • Maintain relationships with high revenue accounts through daily communication, efficient and speedy order processing and excellent client service
  • Order entry, maintain reports, push through purchase orders
  • Keep track of client information and maintain reports
  • Handle returns as needed – work with Returns team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track and update shipping
  • Liaise with Sales, Logistics and Accounting teams

Qualifications for the Senior Customer Service Specialist:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • SAP proficiency
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of field is required
