A rapidly growing pharmaceutical company with a great team of people and excellent work environment is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management to join the team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$150-$225K plus 15%

Position Overview:

The Senior Director of Program Management will be responsible for leading a team of program management professionals, managing key organizational growth efforts, and providing direct program leadership to the development programs.

Director of Program Management Responsibilities:

Independently manage and coordinate complex drug development activities for cross functional development projects, including the project management of clinical and regulatory activities
Manage strategy development, project planning, execution and delivery oversight
Work across research, development and commercial departments to establish strategy and drive execution of drug development programs
Manage project budgets, resource plans, prepares and presents status and risk management information for top management

Director of Program Management Qualifications:

7 + years of project management with a focus on R&D and Drug Development
Proficiency in program management principles, practices, and tools (PMP certification is a plus)
Strong motivational and leadership skills

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
PMP preferred
