Salary/Hourly Rate:
$100k – 130K annually
Position Overview:
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing executive operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring key initiatives are executed flawlessly. The Senior Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO and leadership team, managing high-priority tasks with discretion and efficiency. This role requires a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant who excels in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities of the Senior Executive Assistant:
- Provide executive-level administrative support, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Oversee high-level projects, track key deliverables, and ensure executive priorities are met.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up action items.
- Manage office operations and logistics, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment for the leadership team.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Executive Assistant:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably within a marketing, creative, or fast-paced industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple high-level tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with C-level executives and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools; experience with executive workflow optimization is a plus.
- Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential matters.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
