Our client, one of the world’s largest and most respected global investment advisory firms, is looking to add a Senior IT Auditor to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70/hr

Position Overview:

This experienced Senior IT Auditor will work with business stakeholders and senior management to execute global risk-based internal audits focused on IT risks. This is a long-term contract role in either Boston or NYC.

Responsibilities of the Senior IT Auditor:

  • Own the IT auditing practice for the organization
  • Execute global risk audits for various teams’ technology systems including applications, security, cloud, database, and networking
  • Evaluate new and existing technology for threats and risk impac
  • Follow up by evaluating risk remediation strategies and solutions
  • Work throughout the company establishing relationships with teams and managers to become a trusted resource for IT auditing

Qualifications for the Senior IT Auditor:

  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in IT Audit in a professional services or consultant environment
  • High level of comfort with technology
  • Documented experience understanding and creating effective audit controls
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create substantial professional relationships
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience coding is a bonus using languages such as SQL and Python or others
  • Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment in either downtown Boston or NYC

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required
