Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80k – $90k

Position Overview:

The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for administering US payrolls.

Responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Analyst:

  • Process accurate and timely payrolls in a multistate environment
  • Reconcile and review tax reporting ensuring accuracy
  • Process pay adjustments
  • Partner with the Finance/Accounting team and assist with entries
  • Recommend improvements to practices and procedures to further develop consistency and quality

Qualifications for the Senior Payroll Analyst:

  • 7+ years of experience with multistate payroll processing
  • Experience with Workday or ADP is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required
