Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85,000 – $95,000 plus bonus

Position Overview:

The Senior Real Estate analyst will partner with real estate team and executive management to perform underwriting, financial modeling and analysis activities for the Company’s new acquisition and development opportunities. The Senior Real Estate Analyst supports underwriting of assets.

Responsibilities of the Senior Real Estate Analyst:

  • Understand risks and profitability of property investments
  • Provide direction and hands-on involvement with Management Team in the organization, including business analysis, valuation, and underwriting modeling
  • Perform market research
  • Understand structure and analyze complex business issues; perform accurate analysis and modeling
  • Analysis of mortgage loans
  • Support implementation of new processes and procedures

Qualifications for the Senior Real Estate Analyst:

  • Must have strong Excel skills
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fast paced environment
  • Ability to build partnerships with diverse team
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
