Our client is an influential innovator of premium dog food in the global pet industry. They are seeking to add a dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to their growing team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$115,000 – $120,000

Position Overview:

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for owning the full-life cycle recruiting process for the company’s technical exempt positions such as Engineering, Data Science, and Insights. The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner with key leaders to strategically source and attract outstanding talent to support the company’s rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to create a positive candidate experience and has recruited in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities of the Senior Technical Recruiter:

  • Lead the recruiting strategy for the departments and technical roles
  • Own the full-cycle structured recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, candidate communication, and Hiring Manager relations
  • Source top prospects for open roles
  • Proactively identify creative approaches to improve response rates and candidate quality
  • Use insights from data to alter recruiting tactics and strategy
  • Run kick-off meetings, build structured interview processes, execute sourcing strategies, and deliver offers
  • Establish tailored communication with Hiring Managers, setting expectations and demonstrating value as a strategic recruiting partner
  • Own recruiting projects – i.e., set goals, craft frameworks to measure success, and deliver excellent results
  • Communicate success and difficulties of projects to the manager and stakeholders

Qualifications for the Senior Technical Recruiter:

  • 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Able to create a positive candidate experience as an inclusive, approachable, and authentic recruiter
  • Utilizes a creative, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to strategic sourcing to attract top talent
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse is highly preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
