Our client, a global manufacturer of mechanical and industrial products, is looking for a Shipping Clerk to join their growing distribution team! Qualified candidates should have their own transportation as this location is not accessible via public transportation.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16 – $17/hr

Position Overview:

The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for managing product inventory levels and communicating shipping information to the warehouse. The hours for this Shipping Clerk role are Monday-Friday, 9a-6p.

Responsibilities of the Shipping Clerk:

  • Keep devices organized in the stockroom
  • Enter product information into Excel
  • Perform cycle counts
  • Research shipping discrepancies

Qualifications for the Shipping Clerk:

  • Prior experience working in shipping/warehouse
  • Computer proficient including experience with UPS/FedEx shipping programs
  • Organized and Detail Oriented
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable standing/bending/walking for 8 hours

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
