Our client is a large international manufacturer. They are looking to add a Sr. Financial Analyst – FP&A Corporate Functions to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$90k – $95k plus Bonus
Position Overview:
The Sr. Financial Analyst-FP&A Corporate Functions will be responsible for supporting the HR/shared services/Safety segments of the company. You will support Executive leadership by providing business partnerships including forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc financial calculations specific to the aforementioned areas of the business.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Financial Analyst – FP&A Corporate Functions:
- Take charge of the financial modeling that informs the monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L estimates.
- Together with regular spend governance reviews and approvals, closely collaborate with accounting and business partners to support month-end close activities.
- Examine the balance sheet, income statement, and important operational data, among other thorough financial statement information.
- Compile and evaluate financial information, then provide work papers that back up the computations.
- Work together with important stakeholders across all regions to establish profitable commercial alliances and guarantee efficient financial administration.
- Take charge of creating financial presentations for the executive leadership.
- Prepare and report outcomes by working across several systems.
- Launch cross-functional initiatives to find fresh ways to boost process effectiveness and forecast accuracy.
Qualifications for the Sr. Financial Analyst – FP&A Corporate Functions:
- 2+ years of Accounting or Finance Experience.
- Advanced Excel skill set and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, BI, EPM Cloud, or other financial reporting software is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Polished communication skills are required to interact with C-level leadership.
- International experience or a desire to work with international counterparts.
- High emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field is required.
