Our client is a well-known business that is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team located in Jersey City, NJ.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $27/hr DOE

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant to help complete their daily accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, data analysis, and ad-hoc projects as necessary. The perfect candidate for this position is an enthusiastic team player who is hardworking, accountable, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

  • Assist in month-end
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Monthly reporting
  • Financial analysis
  • Bank reconciliations

Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:

  • 1+ years of Accounting experience
  • Excellent communication and written skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
