Our client is seeking a Store Manager for their Boston store who will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80,000 plus commission

Position Overview:

The successful Store Manager candidate will have excellent customer service, sales, and leadership skills, and will be able to create a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

  • Lead and motivate store associates to provide excellent customer service
  • Generate sales and build customer relationships
  • Monitor store operations, including  sales, inventory, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage store budgets; analyze financial performance
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve store goals
  • Train and develop store associates
  • Monitor store safety and security
  • Create a positive store environment and cultivate a team-oriented culture
  • Manage store events and promotions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and customers

Qualifications for the Store Manager:

  • Proven experience as a store manager or relevant role
  • Experience in retail sales and customer service
  • Excellent organizational and leadership

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required
