Atrium is a full-service Talent Management firm, focused on providing Contingent Workforce Solutions. Atrium’s expertise includes Temporary and Direct Hire Staffing, Payrolling Services, Independent Contractor Compliance, Intern Program Design (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs. Right now, we are looking to hire a Strategic Staffing Solutions Director to join our growing business.

Position Overview:  Atrium is seeking a passionate Onsite Strategic Staffing Solutions Director to continue to grow and optimize an exciting, specialized contingent workforce MSP program. This new team member will operate as an extension of the Atrium team and reside at a leading pharmaceutical Client located in the Boston Seaport District.

Responsibilities of the Strategic Staffing Solutions Director

Program Management

  • Act as Atrium onsite Strategic Staffing Solutions Director and Client liaison
  • Lead Atrium MSP program by developing strong, cross-functional Atrium and Client relationships
  • Oversee daily program management and drive short/long-term strategic program evolution
  • Meet with HRBPs and Managers to promote program awareness, adoption, compliance and operational workflows
  • Develop Staffing Supplier relationships in a manner that yields urgent, extraordinary candidates and successful Supplier program performance
  • Establish awareness around Client business unit needs and developments
  • Model the highest levels of integrity and offer Atrium white glove service to ensure positive Client and candidate program experiences
  • Attend regular status meetings with Atrium and Client teams to move program goals forward
  • Further program metrics/reporting and develop business presentations
  • Diagnose/resolve Client escalations in a timely manner, together with leadership as needed
  • Administer surveys to Managers and Candidates to gather valuable MSP program feedback


  • Meet with Managers onsite for thorough requisition intake discussions to ascertain key candidate hard/soft skillsets and to ensure appropriate resumes are screened and presented
  • Partner with Atrium Boston Staffing office and additional approved Staffing Suppliers
  • Host requisition spotlight calls to promote the program and candidate opportunities
  • Willingness to recruit and ability to operate Client ATS to match qualified applicants against requisitions

Qualifications for the Strategic Staffing Solutions Director:

  • Minimum 5 years of dynamic, responsible work experience as a Recruiter and Account Manager
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both Atrium program team and Client
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and systems (HRIS/ATS/VMS/CRM)
  • Ability to work well and excel in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, organizational, social and motivational skills
