Our client is an extremely reputable company working in the Architecture industry. They are looking to bring on a professional, motivated, and outgoing Studio Coordinator to join their team and organize their design studios.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60,000 – $70,000

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, quick on their feet Studio Coordinator to join their talented team! This is a fast-paced working environment and the Studio Coordinator will be interacting with extremely high-level clients. If you are someone who excels in this type of environment and is great at supporting multiple associates, then this position is for you!

Responsibilities of the Studio Coordinator:

  • Support Studio Directors and Principals with all administrative needs, including scheduling of meetings, expense reports, correspondence, etc.
  • Assist Studio Director with operational aspects of running the studio, including but not limited to, organizing studio meetings, weekly and monthly staffing, financial tracking, timecard and PTO tracking and approvals, proposal/presentation preparation
  • Assist Studio Directors and studio with administrative aspects of projects including project work and client coordination, design and image work for project proposals
  • Arrange travel

Qualifications for the Studio Coordinator:

  • Must be tech savvy and comfortable using excel, PowerPoint, word , and InDesign
  • Recently graduated or 2 to 3 years experience
  • Must be extremely professional with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Must have great time management and ability to prioritize

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
