Our client is a global pharmaceutical company looking to strengthen their Supply Chain team at the Boston location. They are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:


$28/hr – $34/hr

Position Overview:


As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for a wide variety of coordination activities within the department. Ranging from domestic/international logistics, procurement, production, and more

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator:

  • Provide logistics support including coordination and prioritization of planned shipments as well as shipment tracking and troubleshooting distribution-related issues
  • Participate in the design and implementation of supply chain planning that supports business strategies adapted to changing market conditions and new business opportunities
  • Understand root causes for shortages and drive actions to recover in the fastest possible duration
  • Maintain continuity of supply by replenishing and conducting procurement activities for a global portfolio of consumer goods items
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of on-time / in-full metric as well as other replenishment, supplier performance, and cost savings metrics
  • Analyze inventory requirements and maintain inventory levels in accordance with management guidelines

Qualifications of the Supply Chain Coordinator:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated team-building skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management
