Systems Analyst, Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery

Our client, a global investment management firm, seeking to hire a Systems Analyst, Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80k – $90k Annually + Bonus DOE

Position Overview:

This Systems Analyst, Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery will be focused on the support of Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery programs at this globally respected investment management firm with offices in Boston.

Responsibilities of the Systems Analyst, Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery:

• Coordinating efforts centered around Business Resiliency and Continuity
• Coordinating the activities of the Disaster Recovery program
• Interfacing and partnering with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to organize training, develop enhancements, and validate them within the BC platform
• Planning DR exercises and assisting in their execution and evaluation
• Helping to manage the emergency notification system
• Making additional contributions to infrastructure and resiliency efforts as they arise

Qualifications for the Systems Analyst, Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery:

• 2 – 4 years of experience with Business Resiliency, Information Security, and/or Disaster Recovery in an enterprise environment
• Highly collaborative, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence and build relationships
• Project management skills
• Self-starter mentality with exceptional organizational skills
• Experience with any of the following computer languages is a plus:  HTML, Python, and SQL
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus, but not required

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technology-related field is required
