Our client is a renowned healthcare institution in Boston.  They are known for their dynamic company culture and their desire to promote within.  This company is growing and is looking to add a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:  $24-26/hour 

Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to hospital managers and clients. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing various sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Refers qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
  • Identifies hard to fill/source positions
  • Works with the HR team to explore creative sourcing options
  • Follows all internal staffing and hiring processes

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in HR or related fields
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with previous applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required
