Our client is an established transportation service that provides safe and reliable forms of transportation. They are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Outreach Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $30/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating any offsite hiring events, assisting with the onboarding process, and general administrative/outreach efforts in the space of talent acquisition.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Outreach Coordinator:

  • Prioritize, organize and reply to a large volume of incoming and outgoing emails
  • Assist with managing internal databases with sensitive employee information
  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding, assisting with general administrative duties for employee management
  • Coordinate a variety of offsite events with colleges and outreach organizations. These events are mostly attended during work hours (8:30 am – 4:30 pm). However, there may be times they are scheduled on weekends or off hours

Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Outreach Coordinator:

  • Must have intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite software and experience working with ATS or HRIS
  • Very strong organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills
  • Great networking skills
  • 3 – 5 years in a role within the Human Resources, Event Planning, or Talent Acquisition space

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
