Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the growing TA team in Union County.

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the day to day operations of the recruiting function. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for building partnerships with leaders, hiring managers, and other recruitment sources. 

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Help lead the Recruiting Team to develop employment branding initiatives, talent acquisition strategies, and hiring plans
  • Leading employment branding initiatives
  • Creating sourcing strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, events and vendor relationships
  • Manage relationships with recruiting partners (agencies, universities, and community organizations)
  • Managing and enforcing standardized recruitment processes including identification of best practices to be leveraged across the firm
  • Partnering with HR and Talent team members to support HR initiatives

Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and databases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and utilize analytics to identify trends
