Salary/Hourly Rate: $40,000
Position Overview: The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and customers by incoming calls, email, and chat support.
Responsibilities of the Technical Support Representative:
- Solve technical support issues at a Tier 1 level for users of the mainframe includes hardware/software, email, internet, VPN and LAN access
Qualifications for the Technical Support Representative:
- 1 year of technical support experience, ideally in a call center environment
- High School Diploma
