Our client, a growing leader in their industry is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$65,000 + Bonus

Position Overview:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide in-person IT support for all staff. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for onboarding, offboarding, imaging and everything in between. Our client promotes growth within the company as they are growing rapidly.

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:

  • Timely Level 2 and 3 Help Desk service for field and on site technicians and staff
  • Backup support for the technology infrastructure of the company
  • Inventory management of equipment and assets
  • Installation, maintenance and support of productivity applications
  • Network support and troubleshooting
  • IT Hotline support services
  • Possible travel to remote locations for IT support purposes

Qualifications for the Technical Support Specialist:

  • 2 to 3 years of IT Support experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong time management, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with the standard suite of Microsoft Office software

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field is required
