Our client is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and hardworking Temp Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Service team! This position is temporary to support the team during their high-volume peak season.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $22/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be assisting clients via email, phone, and chat using CRM software. At least one-year experience in a customer service role or related field is required. The Customer Service Representative must have strong communication skills while having the mentality to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to their clients. They are an individual who is outgoing and friendly, and has a passion for providing memorable service and a knack for creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities of the Temp Customer Service Representative:

  • Directly interact with clients over the phone, email, and chat
  • Support clients with troubleshooting and billing inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer experience, and respond to clients with urgency
  • Collaborate across teams internally Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple responsibilities at once

Qualifications of the Temp Customer Service Representative:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Experience role
  • Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM experience is preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Loves helping others

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
