Our client is a leading health-care provider in Boston currently seeking to hire a Temporary Clinical Support Coordinator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$17/hr – $19/hr

Position Overview:

The Temporary Clinical Support Coordinator will be responsible for general office assistant-type work including reception duties, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, and data entry. This Temporary Clinical Support Coordinator requires patience and empathy, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to complete any job regardless of how big or how small to support the clinical team. This position will be fully remote.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Clinical Support Coordinator:

  • Answering phones and triaging to appropriate department
  • Overseeing general office administrative type tasks such as faxing, filing, and data entry
  • Scheduling appointments and following up with patients
  • Answering patient questions and addressing concerns
  • Supporting basic calendar management

Qualifications of the Temporary Clinical Support Coordinator:

  • 1 – 2 years prior administrative, receptionist or front desk experience required
  • Clinical or Healthcare facility experience preferred
  • Must be a self starter and have a go-getter personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn, grow and receive feedback
  • Positive team player
  • Ability to connect and communicate with diverse population group
  • Typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Professional approach with strong communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
