Our client, a medical company, is currently seeking a Training Operations Manager to train and monitor team performance.



Position Overview:

The Training Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure QA initiatives are met.

Training Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team performance and identify trends
  • Develop training policies for operations department
  • Conduct new hire trainings and enforce department policies
  • Coordinate and implement special projects related to QA goals
  • Interact with international departments to set and review standards
  • Manage and lead company teambuilding and wellness initiatives

Training Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ business experience, preferably insurance
  • MS Office experience required (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to use and interpret statistical data
  • Foreign language skills are highly preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business Administration or HR
