Our client, a medical company, is currently seeking a Training Operations Manager to train and monitor team performance.
Salary/Rate:
$50-$55K
Position Overview:
The Training Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure QA initiatives are met.
Training Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance and identify trends
- Develop training policies for operations department
- Conduct new hire trainings and enforce department policies
- Coordinate and implement special projects related to QA goals
- Interact with international departments to set and review standards
- Manage and lead company teambuilding and wellness initiatives
Training Operations Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ business experience, preferably insurance
- MS Office experience required (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to use and interpret statistical data
- Foreign language skills are highly preferred
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business Administration or HR
