Our client, a  purposeful organization within the consumer services industry is looking to fill an Travel Card Specialist role, and they have locations all throughout the country! This position sits in Pompano Beach (Fort Lauderdale).

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60,000

Position Overview:

As a Travel Card Specialist, this particular position could put you in a dynamic, growing environment. Additionally in this role, you will be responsible for Auditing reports but also focused on travel card reconciliations. The ideal Travel Card Specialist candidate would have a customer service attitude, being able to collaborate with internal employees as well as outside vendors.

Responsibilities of the Travel Card Specialist:

  • Must have Full-Cycle accounts payable experience. Not just invoicing
  • Matching, batching, coding. 3-way processing
  • Include monitoring payments in a timely manner
  • Provide clerical support, processing general ledgers & Data entry to multiple systems
  • Reconciliations of travel cards
  • Processing accounts and incoming payments & Monthly journal entries
  • Customer service support with vendors and employees

Qualifications for the Travel Card Specialist:

  • 2 Years + Experience in Full-cycle Travel Card Specialist position
  • Solid understanding of processing accounts payable
  • Experience Auditing reports
  • Customer service attitude, being able to collaborate with internal employees as well as outside vendors

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
