Our client is a leading provider of affordable housing among Seniors, people with special needs, and low income families. Currently, they are looking to hire a Waitlist Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $18 hourly

Position Overview: The Waitlist Coordinator/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for paying high attention to detail when it comes to reviewing tenant applications. The Waitlist Coordinator/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for reviewing tenant applications, reaching out to tenants regarding missing information, and inputting sensitive information into a internal database. In addition, they will be a collaborative team player, have amazing multi-tasking skills, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities of the Waitlist Coordinator/Administrative Assistant:

  • Reviews all rental applications and leases and ensures completeness and accuracy of required data
  • Maintains computer database — input information and retrieval of reports
  • Prepares and processes file audits
  • Complete basic administrative work such as copying, filing, correspondence, calendaring, mail and phone

Qualifications for the Waitlist Coordinator/Administrative Assistant:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Communication and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work with time sensitive material
  • MS Access a huge plus

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
