Warehouse Analyst

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $33/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is expanding the Operations team and looking for an experienced, self-starting individual to report to the Distribution Manager. The ideal Warehouse Analyst candidate will take point running the day-to-day of our clients core shareholder communications operational processes.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Analyst:

• Ensure proper transactions are done in processing of work orders, deviations, material transfers, transport request, and other documents
• Collaborate with counterparts to ensure end-to-end supply-demand optimization
• Identify and lead continuous improvement of inventory-related initiatives
• Research and correct inventory records when reported by Production and/or receiving such as research and verification of packing slips
• Ensure products are received, stored and distributed in accordance to established SOPs
• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment
• Oversee the MPS and ensure that Procurement is purchasing the necessary materials and equipment
• Organize regular safety training for warehouse employees

Qualifications for the Warehouse Analyst:

• 1 – 3 years of relative experience
• SAP and Excel knowledge
• Prior administrative experience is preferred

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a relative field is preferred
