Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25 – $30/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is expanding the Operations team and looking for an experienced, self-starting Warehouse Analyst to report to their Distribution Managers. The successful candidate for the Warehouse Analyst position will take point running the day-to-day of the clients core shareholder communications operational processes.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Analyst:

  • Take charge of warehouse operations including monitoring 3PL with inventory, quality, appointments, and reporting
  • Perform warehouse finance activities including service entry, reconciliation, and tracking
  • Manage warehouse purchasing for equipment and supplies
  • Provide vendor management support

Qualifications for the Warehouse Analyst:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience within a manufacturing setting
  • SAP and Excel knowledge
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
