Our client is a prestigious and renowned high-end luxury watch brand that has been synonymous with craftsmanship, precision, and elegance for years. They are looking to expand their team by bringing on Workshop Technicians.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Up to $58k

Position Overview:

We are looking for talented candidates for the Workshop Technician role who would like to learn a rewarding profession at a world-renowned luxury watchmaking company. A Workshop Technician is trained to work on a variety of watch repair tasks. Experience repairing watches isn’t necessary. Successful candidates should be good at working with their hands, technically minded, able to follow directions, and reliable.

Responsibilities of the Workshop Technicians:

  • Disassembling and assembling watch components as directed
  • Lubricating watch components
  • Conducting repair work
  • Sitting at a watchmaking bench for long periods
  • Working independently following standard operating procedures

Qualifications for the Workshop Technicians:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Ability to sit for a long period of time
  • Ability to work with your hands, with small parts, and with small tools
  • Open to previous roles within any technician role such as cell phone repair, laptop repair, nail technicians, dental technicians, etc.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required
