Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25 – $30/hr DOE
Position Overview:
Administrative Assistant position requires an organized, driven and personable candidate who will provide excellent service to clients. The client is in search of an Administrative Assistant who is eager to take on a handful of various responsibilities.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
- Answering phones and direct calls
- General office duties such as mailing, copying, faxing
- Document preparation and data entry
- Organizing and setting up meetings
- Taking direction from supervisor or manager
- Work as a cohesive team member
- Maintain the culture and environment of the client
- Assist Management in daily tasks and projects
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communicative, planning and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to work with several different personalities
- Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to be proactive and take on responsibilities without direction
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
