Our client, a well-known and growing advertising agency, is in search of a sharp and polished Executive Assistant to support their CEO. The company is expanding at a fast pace and they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running while working alongside their extremely busy CEO. This position is temp to perm.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80k – $95k DOE

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience as a high-level Executive Assistant and have the ability to act as a team player in a collaborative and creative environment. The Executive Assistant must be extremely organized, articulate, proactive, and have superb writing and critical thinking skills. They also must be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic team environment with a creative and fast-moving culture.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • The Executive Assistant will be the go-to for all administrative needs for the CEO
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage extensive, always changing calendars
  • Schedule a variety of internal and external meetings
  • Screen telephone calls and direct them accordingly
  • Assist with event planning when needed

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including expert PowerPoint skills
  • Must be a team player
  • The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and team-oriented
  • Experience working for an advertising or another creative industry preferred
  • Must be able to handle high-pressure situations and a fast-paced environment
  • The Executive Assistant will ideally have at least one year of experience supporting a high-level executive

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
