Our client, a global accounting firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to their CEO. The right candidate is personable, sharp, and thinking 10 steps ahead. This individual must be highly organized, well prepared, and able to tackle anything thrown their way. This is an exciting opportunity to hit the ground running and really learn about the business!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$32 – $38/hr and $70,000 – $85,000

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing complete administrative, organizational and support service to the CEO. Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant who is hungry and ambitious, with a “no task is too big too small” attitude. Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary in order to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Manage highly complex calendars and scheduling
  • Plan and coordinate external meetings, such as comprehensive travel arrangements; hotel accommodations, air, ground transportation, meal reservations and detailed itineraries – both personal and business-related
  • Screen phone calls that come through and route callers to the appropriate person or take messages
  • Ensure CEO is prepared for meetings, and have all necessary supplies or tools
  • Arrange conference calls
  • Compile receipts to file expense reports and track reimbursement status
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • 5+ years C-Suite level Executive Assistant experience
  • Possess a 24/7 mentality, especially when executive is traveling
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a professional demeanor and a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proofreading proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and respond to requests independently with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Possess an adaptable, flexible mentality and an upbeat, friendly personality

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
