Our client in the wealth management industry is seeking a diligent and professional Office Coordinator to join their wealth advisory practice.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $28/hr

Position Overview:

This Office Coordinator will manage the front desk, oversee the smooth running of the office, schedule meetings, and coordinate events. The ideal candidate will be the office’s first point of contact and strive to provide an exceptional customer service experience to the clients.

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:

  • Serve as the front desk receptionist, managing day-to-day office operations including welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and sorting mail.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage calendars, and assist in planning and scheduling company events.
  • Maintain and update the office calendar.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems and manage client records, ensuring information is organized and easy to access.
  • Perform various administrative duties including handling office supplies, arranging travel plans, and managing invoices.
  • Manage maintenance of technology and coordinate with corresponding vendors.
  • Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure consistency in the office procedures.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests promptly.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications for the Office Coordinator:

  • 1 – 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
