Overview

Medical and Healthcare Associates are required to go through a multi-phased extensive evaluation:
  • Completion of necessary forms including Federal & State regulatory documentation
  • Health Assessment completion and required validation by a physician
  • Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Sexual Harassment, Drug & Alcohol Abuse policies
  • License validation and checking of Exclusions including full Background Checks
  • Employee Safety Handbook review
Requirements set forth in the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards for the healthcare staffing industry are strictly followed within our company. Our staff adheres to the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Administration requirements and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights — HIPAA Privacy Rule.
