Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This position requires a motivated self-starter with a background in inside sales or sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate for the Inside Sales Account Manager role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Account Manager:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Required Experience/Skills for the Inside Sales Account Manager:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Inside Sales Account Manager:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or sales within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
