Account Executive

Our client is a globally recognized luxury skincare brand dedicated to innovation, science, and delivering transformative results. Their brand is trusted by dermatologists, estheticians, and beauty enthusiasts worldwide. They are currently looking to add an Account Executive to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$95k – $105k + Annual bonus

Position Overview:

The Account Executive will drive sales growth, strengthen partnerships with retail accounts, and enhance brand visibility across key locations. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail environments and a passion for skincare.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive:

• Manage and grow assigned retail accounts.
• Conduct in-store trainings, events, and customer consultations.
• Analyze sales trends and develop action plans.
• Partner with Marketing to execute brand initiatives.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across all doors.
• Report on KPIs and performance metrics.

Required Experience/Skills for the Account Executive:

• 3+ years of experience in luxury beauty or skincare account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to store locations.
• Blue Mercury account management experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Account Executive:

• Experience working with large departmental and beauty stores. 

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
