Position Overview:
Atrium, a leading Talent Solutions firm, seeks a Sales Development Representative to join the Jacksonville, FL, or Holmdel, NJ office (hybrid schedule: 2 – 3 days in-office/week). In this role, you will generate new business opportunities, lead outreach efforts, and position Atrium’s Contingent Workforce Solutions, including Direct Sourcing, MSP Services, Payrolling, and more, to prospective clients. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative:
- Prospect and qualify new business through cold/warm outreach and networking
- Conduct consultative meetings with HR, TA, Procurement, and Finance leaders
- Present Atrium’s workforce solutions and craft client-specific proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to support solution development and sales strategy
- Meet or exceed sales metrics, maintain CRM records (HubSpot), and support pipeline growth
Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Development Representative:
- 2 – 3 years of B2B sales, lead generation, or business development experience.
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and proposals in a high-volume, fast-paced workflow.
- Resilient, self-driven, and goal-oriented with strong time management skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sales Development Representative:
- Background in contingent labor, staffing services, workforce solutions, or HR/talent technology.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing automation tools.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to operate at an office desk for extended periods of time, whether sitting or standing.
- Ability to travel between Atrium offices, as needed, including reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to attend national industry events and conferences, as needed.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
