Client Overview:

Our client, a start-up in the mortgage industry, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a temp to hire basis.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will manage inbound/outbound calls, update client information in the system, gather additional paperwork needed from clients, and follow up accordingly. There are both part-time and full-time schedules available and various shifts are open.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email.
  • Organize files, scan documents, update the system, and work with various depts as needed.
  • Work with internal departments to streamline client processes.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have 1 – 2 yrs of customer facing experience, ideally in a call center environment.
  • Experience working with customers via phone and email.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Mortgage processing or financial experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
