Our client is a luxury multifamily property offering strong backing and growth potential within the portfolio. They are now seeking an excellent Property Manager!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120k – $140k

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a hands-on Property Manager to lead operations at a large-scale luxury residential community. This role requires strong leadership and financial acumen to manage budgeting, reporting, and team development.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • Oversee daily property operations, including leasing and maintenance.
  • Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Lead a team of leasing and maintenance staff.
  • Drive resident satisfaction and retention.

Required Experience/Skills for the Property Manager:

  • 2 – 5+ years of experience as a Residential Property Manager or General Manager for a large Class A portfolio.
  • Strong financial management skills, experience owning the budget.
  • Proven team leadership and operational execution.
  • Background in luxury Class A property management.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Property Manager:

  • 5 years of experience in a high-volume setting.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
