Client Advisor

Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high-end fitness equipment and digital wellness solutions. The brand is recognized for its emphasis on design, technology integration, and its commitment to encouraging a healthier world through movement and exercise. Currently, they are looking to add a Client Advisor to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70k plus commissions and bonuses up to $30k

Position Overview:

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering a welcoming and memorable experience to all guests and prospective customers.

Responsibilities of the Client Advisor:

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the shop, embodying the experience of the brand and educating customers on fitness products.
• Demonstrate a personable and bubbly personality, ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable.
• Participate in occasional on-site visits for installations.

Required Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor:

• Previous experience in sales and business development.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for sports and fitness.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the needs of the business.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma is required.
