Our client is a leading organization in the consumer goods space that is seeking a skilled Content Manager to join their innovative Marketing team. This company is known for its science-driven products and commitment to consumer well-being, with a strong footprint in the pet care sector.

Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Content Manager with 5 – 7 years of experience to support content planning and execution across digital channels. The ideal candidate has a background in the CPG industry and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a temporary, 12-month position with the potential for extension. As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategic content that supports brand goals and drives customer engagement.
Responsibilities of the Content Manager:
- Lead the creation and maintenance of editorial and content calendars.
- Develop compelling digital content for websites, social platforms, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and brand teams to ensure messaging consistency.
- Track content performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
Required Experience/Skills for the Content Manager:
- 5 – 7 years of content management or digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and performance analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with flexibility and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Content Manager:
- Experience in the pet industry or with pet-related brands.
- Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital best practices.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is required.
