Our client, a leader and nationally recognized in the rentals industry, is adding to their team and seeking a like-minded, dynamic Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist to help enhance the Sales department. They provide an engaging, fun, and performance-based culture throughout their teams.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60 – $70K + Commission

Position Overview:

The Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist is a position with a few critical job functions. The ideal Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist will have proven experience in providing a high level of customer service, account management, and phone-based sales activity. The Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist should have working experience within a corporate, business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist:

  • Collaborate with management to create and execute the rental sales strategy.
  • Support outside Sales Representatives with all processing for rentals.
  • Ensure proper documentation for rentals and vehicles has been received to include sales orders, contracts, purchase orders, and compliance documents to adhere to State regulations.
  • Effectively communicate and manage the transport of rentals from start to finish.
  • Directly seek out and develop direct sales relationships with new and existing accounts through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
  • Perform prospecting-inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Occasionally, represent the organization at trade shows and other marketing events.
  • Meet all KPIs and metrics regularly, including group goals as a department.
  • Utilize Sales Force to communicate, organize, and document all efforts.
  • Meet weekly with various Business Units to report on sales revenue and pipeline.

Required Experience/Skills for the Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist:

  • At least 2 years of experience within Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service.
  • SalesForce CRM or other CRM experience.
  • Knowledge of managing accounts, including enterprise and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Has industry-related experience or has supported a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
