Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55k – $75k
Position Overview:
This Administrative Assistant will support several senior-level professionals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple calendars, and brings strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion to their work.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Track and process expense reports and credit card transactions.
- Support senior leadership with document preparation, correspondence, and project coordination.
- Provide general administrative support, including reception coverage, meeting prep, and office operations.
- Assist with internal events, meetings, and ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- 2 – 3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior professionals.
- Highly organized, proactive, and polished.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Experience in professional services, financial services, or high-performance environments.
- Prior exposure to executive-level support.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
